Evaluation

This term we got a task to create a ten minute radio show. First thing we done is that got into groups of four or less, I went into a group with Olivia, Shannon and Jade.  We first shared out the amount of work we got set to do so no one is left just doing all of it. We then research about other raido show and see if we could get any ideas of them and see how we can make ours sound professional.We then discussed what will our radio show will be about. Our radio show we decied to do was a talk show in which is like Jeremy Kyle and we would help people out with their problems.Also we would play recent music to match our target audeince.I then looked on the internet to get idea about our radio show and what to put on it, I had the job of doing the script and I got some of my ideas of a Jeremy Kyle script. When the script was finished we went into the radio studio in which we could start praticing it. In the first time of doing the script it did not go to well because the script did not make any sense and did not really link all together and also we noticed if we just talked all the time the viewers might get bored and might not listen to it no more, so we added music into the background whilst we are talking. The second time we practised it, it sound more professional and was less boring. Then it was our actual radio show in which went quiet well and we managed to make it sound like a actually radio drama.

What went well is that we stuck to the script and made it sound really professional  and made it entertaining. What went wrong is that we did not add in a radio jingle which could make it sound more professional and more like a real radio show. Next time we should maybe add in a radio jingle to make it sound professional and maybe get more people to call in with their problems instead of just two people.

Vicky: Hello and Welcome to Infuse Radio, today we have Shannon with us which says her sister Olivia is desperately in love with a boy in which Olivia lied about being pregnant to and Shannon says their relationships is just filled with lies and their is no trust.

Jade: Welcome Shannon so first of all I want to start on your thought about Olivia's and Shanes relationship.

Shannon: Well it just a runed down relationship and ever since she has got with him she has not been the same and has changed into a different person.

Vicky: You say he has a problem with keeping to his promises of going out.

Shannon: Well he has a job but hardly ever shows up to it and also he always promises to take liv out but he never actually goes through with it.

Jade: Well lets see what Olivia has to say.

Vicky: Hello Olivia, is it true that you have been lying to Shane about being pregnant? To tie him in?

Olivia: No I honestly forgot that I stopped taking the contraception pill.

Jade: As well as that Shannon said that Shane also takes drugs.

Olivia: Well I don't know do I. I'm not a controlling girlfriend he can do what he wants to.

Shannon: I've been their when his taking them and smoking weed

Olivia: For all i know he has never taken any drugs and never will.

Vicky: Is it true that Shane did not want to come on the show today

Olivia: Yes because he said that its not his family feud.

Jade: Well that makes me think that he has something to hide.
Olivia: No his just shy and don't really want to get involved

Vicky: Well even though Shane didn't come on the show we still managed to get a drugs test done and he tested positive for weed.

Olivia: Well I cant control what he does

Shannon: Well if your that in love why don't you tell him to stop and if he loves you enough he will

Jade: Olivia even though you may not like your sister at the best of time but she does talk sense and maybe you should start listening to her.

Vicky: I reckon my boyfriend is cheating on me with another woman.

Jade: why do you have this suspicions

Vicky: when he was on the phone to one of his mates it sounded like a woman's voice and he called her baby .

Jade: It might just you being paranoid

Vicky: it cant be I am right

Jade: well we asked Isaac before the show and he said that your only paranoid because your taking cocaine.

Vicky: Isaac still really loves you and he says that if you stop taking cocaine you will be less stressed and can actually enjoy your relationship.

Radio practice 25/11/14 evaluation

This radio session we record our radio show for the first time. What went well is that we managed to make the music play whilst we are still talking to make our radio show sound more exciting and the audience will still stay tuned in and they wont tune out because it is to much talking. To improve we must try and actually get it to make sense and to go smoothly in which it did not go smoothly at all and we sound like robots.

Radio show ideas 2

The first idea we had was a magazine based chat show. In this will talk about the latest gossip about celebrity's and  current affairs and current celebrity's problems.


Our second idea was a music based radio in which we play now and current releases of songs. Also we will mostly play pop songs and songs that are in the charts.



Our third idea and the idea we choose to do our radio show about a Jeremy Kyle based show in which will talk about  peoples problems and peoples worries.

Our show will have a theme and its theme will be family feuds in which we will search up what Jeremy Kyle says and how he helps the family out.

Radio show Ideas

Our First idea for the Radio show is that we do a chat show radio. We will chats about what celebrity have gotten up to and what thewy have been doing thins week. Also we are just going to gossip on what has been happening and maybe get people to call in and see what they think.

Our seconde idea is that we should to a show based on music and talk about if we like the msuic we just played and if it will became popular and who sings it. We will just play the recent songs and songs that is the charts.

Our third idea is to talk show about talking about people problem and giving them advise on what to do.

We chose to do the seconde option because it was the best option to talk about and it would draw more attention and draw more of a audience.
